For anyone affected by cancer – families, friends and carers – everyone is welcome.
A warm friendly group, sharing compassion and mindful strategies that are daily lifelines to reduce loneliness, stress, anxiety and effects of treatment following and during cancer. We provide emotional support in a holistic way through being mindful.

Please note: it is free to park; just ask for the access code at reception on leaving.
Opening times
Every 2nd Friday of the month, 1:30pm – 3:30pm at John Eastwood Hospice, Mansfield Road, Sutton in Ashfield NG17 4HJ.
