A self help group that aims to help women to make informed decisions about their health and well-being (including gynaecological health and the menopause). The group has some resources relating to African and Caribbean women's history.

Summary

This service is for BAMER women, all welcome. For women’s health issues and history, in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

All women group to raise awareness on women’s health, for example menopause and mental health. We previously ran a project called Hidden History of the Caribbean community on black presence in Nottingham from 1700’s to present day, which is now stored at Nottinghamshire Archives. We currently run a sewing and craft group, bring your own craft and work on it together while supporting each other with mental health and menopause. Please contact for details.
