TSG is a support group run by EGMT Charity Trust to help support survivors of mental and emotional trauma.
Our mission is to provide free help and support to survivors of mental emotional trauma. Come talk to us in a safe, confidential and non judgmental place. You will get free access to trained counsellors and well-being professionals. TSG is for everyone: we provide support in languages other than English, for example Urdu and Arabic.
